Let’s see , Chicken pox , symptoms and prevention –
Chicken pox or chicken pox is a viral infectious disease,
which mostly affects small children.
This disease is caused mostly by a virus called Varicella Zoster in children below 10 years of age.
Symptoms of chicken pox –
1. The patient has mild or moderate fever.
2. Along with restlessness, there is pain in the back and joints.
3. The most favorable time for infection with this disease is 2 days before and 14 days after the rash appears.
4. The intensity and duration of this disease depends on the rash that appears.
In acute condition, the body gets filled with rashes.
The rashes first appear on the throat and later spread upwards on the face and downwards on the legs.
Scabs start forming on the pimples 4 to 7 days after the rash appears.
Prevention from chicken pox –
1. Contact with the patient should be avoided.
2. Vaccine is also given to prevent disease.
3. The patient’s bed, clothes etc. should be kept clean.
He should be kept away from other children.
Chicken pox in hindi –
चिकन पॉक्स या छोटी माता, विषाणु जनित संक्रामक रोग है, जो छोटे बच्चों को अधिक होता है।
यह रोग वरसीला जोस्टर नामक विषाणु द्वारा 10 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों को अधिक होता है।
छोटी माता के लक्षण (Symptoms)
1. रोगी को हल्का या मध्यम बुखार रहता है।
2 बेचैनी के साथ पीठ व जोड़ों में दर्द होता है।
3. इस बीमारी के संक्रमण का सबसे अनुकूल समय दाने निकलने से 2 दिन पहले तथा उसके 14 दिनों बाद तक रहता है।
4. इस बीमारी की तीव्रता तथा अवधि निकलने वाले दाने के ऊपर निर्भर करती है।
तीव्र स्थिति में शरीर दानों से भर जाता है दाने पहले गले पर निकलते हैं बाद में ऊपर की तरफ चेहरे पर तथा नीचे की ओर पैरों में फैलते हैं।
दाने निकलने के 4 से 7 दिन बाद दानों पर पपड़ी बनना शुरू हो जाती है।
छोटी माता से बचाव (Prevention from Chicken pox)
1. रोगी के सम्पर्क से बचना चाहिए।
2. बीमारी से बचने के लिए टीका भी दिया जाता है।
3. रोगी का बिस्तर, कपड़े आदि साफ रखना चाहिए। उसे अन्य बच्चों से दूर रखना चाहिए।
